What is a Tomato-wich? It is just like a lettuce wrap/wich, but maybe you ran out of lettuce leaves… For this quick recipe, I used large, heirloom tomatoes so it makes for a good base and cut them into thicker slices. Because I did not have larger lettuce leaves...
