Fourth July is almost here!! Sunshine, grilling, and fireworks are a must for me on this holiday. Anytime I am invited to BBQ, I make sure that I take a side dish to ensure that I have one vegetable that can be paired with a grilled protein. The one I will be taking this year is this beautiful, easy, and yummy broccoli salad.

Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli chopped
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil mayo
- 1 tablespoom apple cider vinegar
- 1 packet Stevia
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine the broccoli, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, red onion, and cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together your greek yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar, Stevia, salt and pepper. Add the dressing mixture to the broccoli and enjoy!
