There are many, many things my husband and I agree on (and some things we don’t). But one area of tension is his love of ketchup. I try really hard to remember his love of this condiment when the ketchup goes on my lovely grilled chicken, salmon, or omelets, but man oh man! It gets under my skin. One thing, Mr. A never adds ketchup on pork chops. Not sure why this is the magic protein, but I find myself making these grilled pork chops more often to save on our ketchup bill (and my sanity. I am a good cook, right?).
Plus, these are perfect for hot nights when you just can’t manage to get your kitchen really hot and steamy.
