Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash and peel full size carrots, then lay on foiled line baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
