The lighting in my kitchen does not do this simple recipe justice! One pan recipes are my go to when I am in a crunch on time after work and working out. They are typically very simple and require minimal clean-up, yes please! Share in the comments some of your favorite sheet pan recipes.

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 bag Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 red and green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Beijing sauce (or similar sauce of your choice)
- salt and pepper for taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the bell peppers and onion. Chop the broccoli.
- Dice the chicken.
- Place the veggies and the chicken onto a lined sheet pan (or you can spray the pan with cooking spray to prevent the food from sticking).
- Mix together the Beijing sauce and soy sauce. Drizzle it over the veggies and chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Place in the oven and cook for about 30 mins, until the chicken is cooked completely. (I added a little to much pepper to mine, so be mindful of your seasoning 🙂 ).
