It’s getting warmer outside. And do you know what that means?? Patio time!! I love eating on a patio at a restaurant, but nothing can beat the privacy of a backyard patio at home. Especially if you have a nice and fresh tasting meal to go along with it. Try out this Chicken and Broccoli Salad. It will be a hit for you, the family, or even a neighborhood cookout.

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1/4 lb turkey bacon crumbles
- 1/2 cup grapes cut in half
- 1 cup purple onion chopped
- 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
- 1.5 pound chicken breast chopped
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup splenda
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
- Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad.
- Toss well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold.
