Any meal that is done in 20 minutes and uses only one skillet is a winner in my book! The way I cooked this chicken is a little backwards of my usual technique, but I think the flavor is much better this new way. You be the judge!

Print Recipe Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry
Heat 2 tsp olive oil in large skillet.
Add dried basil, oregano, and parsley to the skillet and stir into oil. Immediately add cubed chicken breast and stir to mix with seasonings. Let cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and asparagus. Let cook for another 4-5 minutes or until chicken is done and asparagus turns bright green color.
