Chicken and Broccoli Salad

It’s getting warmer outside. And do you know what that means?? Patio time!! I love eating on a patio at a restaurant, but nothing can beat the privacy of a backyard patio at home. Especially if you have a nice and fresh tasting meal to go along with it. Try out this Chicken and Broccoli Salad. It will be a hit for you, the family, or even a neighborhood cookout.

Instructions
  1. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
  2. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad.
  4. Toss well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve cold.
