- 3 plums halved and cored
- 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- balsamic vinegar for garnish

Instructions
- Mix together the mascarpone, sliced almonds, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Place into the fridge for later use.
- Cut your plums in half and take out the pit. Place them on the grill.
- Grill each side for about 2 minutes.
- Place mascarpone filling in the center of plum and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
