Thanksgiving in my family does not necessarily mean turkey, but it does mean ham. A deliciously, wonderful ham. There are so many ways to make a ham…between herb crusted baked ham or a glazed ham you can’t go wrong.
This recipe for Herb Crusted Baked Ham is one that my mother has made for years upon years. Plus, it is a cinch to make. I dare you not to like it!

Ingredients
- Ham, fully cooked Bone-in, Shank portion
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, fresh
- 4 tbsp rosemary, fresh
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Combine parsley, thyme, rosemary, herbs de provence, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped and well combined. (*If you don't have a food processor, finely chop all fresh herbs and combine with rest of ingredients.)
- Brush ham with olive oil using basting brush or hands and season with herb mix.
- Place ham in a large roast pan and cover with foil (Foil should be tented above the ham)
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes per pound (or look at the label for baking time instructions).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 20-30 minutes. Slice and serve.
