I hear it all the time. Almost daily even. How can I spice up my eggs? I’ve been having scrambled eggs forever, is there anything else I can do? I need something easy and family friendly for breakfast, any ideas? Pepperoni Eggs might just be your new favorite breakfast.

It seems like breakfast is the hardest meal of the day to get variety. While I’m an advocate of eating any proteins you want for breakfast, not everyone can bring themselves to eat a piece of chicken or a salmon filet first thing in the morning. I get it! Breakfast foods are breakfast foods. And that can get monotonous. But try out this recipe for Pepperoni Eggs…I promise it is nothing life shattering or ground breaking. But it might give you just enough pump to start loving your breakfast again.

Egg PizzaI hope you might start thinking differently about breakfast…or at least begin to like it again with this recipe for Pepperoni Eggs.
