This month is about trying new things, right??? Well, I’m not one to scoff at a particular food unless I’ve tried it and know it isn’t for me…except for cabbage. I’ve never really been a fan. But in keeping with this month’s theme, I thought I would give it a try in a new way. This recipe for Cabbage Jambalaya is so good…the flavors mix really well together and best of all? I have learned a way to fix cabbage that I can enjoy! I hope you love it too. ~Lauren
