Grilled Plums w/Mascarpone Filling
  1. Mix together the mascarpone, sliced almonds, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Place into the fridge for later use.
  2. Cut your plums in half and take out the pit. Place them on the grill.
  3. Grill each side for about 2 minutes.
  4. Place mascarpone filling in the center of plum and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
