- 2 Chicken/Turkey Legs
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pat legs down with a paper towel to absorb excess moisture and then place legs into a roasting pan.
- Mix rosemary, sage, garlic powder, and salt in small dish.
- Sprinkle or rub the seasoning mixture onto the legs liberally.
- Place legs in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a thermometer placed into the thickest part of the leg reads at least 165⁰F.
