I love leftovers. And so do the other dietitians here at WeightWise. Today’s recipe¬†is a super quick, easy, convenient dish that you can make any night of the week, and be sure to double the batch so you can have leftovers for lunch the next day.

Chipotle Turkey Burgers and Steamed Broccoli

This recipe is so easy to make because you can buy the items mostly pre-made at almost any grocery store. Honeysuckle White and Jennie-O both make pre-formed turkey patties, you just have to season and cook them. You can use fresh broccoli if you’d like, or you can simply buy a bag of frozen broccoli, including the kind that steam in the bag from Bird’s Eye or Green Giant.

No, this post isn’t sponsored. We just love convenient healthy products! Never feel bad about taking some shortcuts to prepare a healthy meal. This particular recipe will take less time than waiting in line at a drive thru!

This could easily be one of my favorite go to recipes. What is one of your favorite leftover recipes???

  8. Upon removing the burgers from the grill or skillet, top with 1 slice of reduced fat white cheddar cheese.
