Ingredients
- 1 oz can tuna
- 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp capers drained
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 cucumber
- salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch slices.
- Mix all ingredients minus the cucumbers in bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon tuna salad onto cucumber slices.
