- 1 Mango
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 jalapeno
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 4 Tilapia filets
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Dice mango, red onion, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño. Add diced ingredients together in a bowl, toss, and top with lime juice.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Rinse fish with water and pat dry. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Add the tilapia to a baking sheet, spray each fillet with cooking spray, and cook in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
- Serve baked tilapia with mango salsa.
