Basil Parmesan Salmon

If you have not noticed, simple, fast, homemade meals are becoming a necessity in this world. After working, picking up little ones, helping them with homework, etc. make dinner easy with this 6 ingredient recipe.  This basil parmesan salmon is ready within 30 minutes, requires minimal clean up, oh and it taste SOOOO good. This recipe is very similar to the https://weightwise.com/recipe/everything-bagel-chicken/. I just swapped out the protein and subbed the everything bagel seasoning for basil. 🙂

Basil Parmesan Salmon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, add your basil, greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Lay your salmon a baking a sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil on both side to prevent it from sticking.
  4. Top you salmon with greek yogurt mixture, salt, and pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes and enjoy :).

    I’m 200lbs. I have never weight so much. It’s very depressing. I need to drop down 50 lbs.
    I need a helper, help me. I’m 68 years old. I eat twice every day. About in my hand, palm size meal. Please help me.
