- 32 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen/fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut, almonds/pistachios/sunflower seeds optional toppings

Instructions
- Add the greek yogurt and vanilla to a large mixing bowl a combine. Spread the mixture onto a baking dish that is lined with parchment paper. The dish will help keep the mixture from leaking in the freezer.
- Top the greek yogurt mixture with fresh and/or frozen fruit, nuts, and/or unsweetened coconut. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
