Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp thawed and tails removed
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 white onion diced
- 2 Zuchinni sliced
- 1 garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning for taste

Instructions
- Dice up the bell pepper and onion. Slice the zucchini.
- Add the olive oil to a pan and cook the shrimp for 5-10 minutes on each side. Remove the shrimp from the pan once they are finished cooking and place them to the side.
- Cook the veggies with the garlic until they are soft but not mushy.
- Add the shrimp, half and half, parmesan cheese, and Cajun seasoning to the vegetable mixture.
- Once it is combined together, ENJOY :)!
