Parmesan Shrimp and Zucchini
  1. Dice up the bell pepper and onion. Slice the zucchini.
  2. Add the olive oil to a pan and cook the shrimp for 5-10 minutes on each side. Remove the shrimp from the pan once they are finished cooking and place them to the side.
  3. Cook the veggies with the garlic until they are soft but not mushy.
  4. Add the shrimp, half and half, parmesan cheese, and Cajun seasoning to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Once it is combined together, ENJOY :)!
