Crustless protein pizza or pizza casserole? Same thing, anyways, this is another simple weekday recipe. You most likely already have these ingredients in your refrigerator. If you have any vegetables that are about to go bad, you can do a fridge “clean out” with this recipe! I know the ingredients list may make the recipe seem more complicated, but you can take away/add anything. That way you can add which ever non-starchy vegetables and spices that you like or have on hand.
I prefer to add spices to my vegetables and spices to the jarred sauce for more flavor. For this recipe, I used a plant based protein, but of course you can use which ever type of lean, protein source you want. If you are short on time, you can use ready to go proteins such as, rotisserie chicken or cubed deli meat to add more protein. Add all the ingredients to a large oven safe dish, bake, and enjoy!

Crustless Protein Pizza
Instructions
Cook your lean protein with cooking spray in a non-stick skillet. You could also skip this step and use ready to go protein sources.
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take your oven safe dish and spray with cooking spray. Add jarred sauce with seasonings.
Wash, cut, and dry your vegetables. Add seasonings to veggies and add to baking dish.
Add cooked protein to your baking dish, along with any other vegetables, and seasonings you wish. Top with shredded cheese.
Place in the oven for about 20 minutes. After cheese is melted
